- Beschreibung:
- Sh2-174, also known as the Valentine Rose Nebula, is a relatively large and faint but unusual planetary nebula located in the constellation Cepheus. It's noteworthy for its asymmetry and lack of a clear central white dwarf. While initially discovered in ionized hydrogen, observations in double ionized oxygen light suggested a planetary nebula origin.
